Neuro Nest Membership Terms
Last updated: 21/09/26
These terms apply to the Neuro Nest monthly membership. Please read them before joining.
-
Neuro Nest is a trading name of Neuro Nest Parent Support Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17487904.
In these terms, “Neuro Nest”, “we, “us” and “our” refer to Neuro Nest Parent Support Ltd. “Member”, “you” and “your” refer to the person purchasing the membership.
-
Neuro Nest is a digital membership for parents and carers of neurodivergent girls and those exploring possible neurodivergence.
Membership may include articles, downloadable resources, members-only website content and invitations to informal online coffee catch-ups.
Membership is available only to people aged 18 and over.
-
Neuro Nest provides general information, resources and peer support based on research and lived experience.
Neuro Nest does not provide assessment, diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy or individual medical, psychological, educational or legal advice. Content should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you are concerned about your own or your child’s health, safety or wellbeing, please contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.
-
Membership costs £6.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed when you join.
Your first payment is taken when you purchase the membership. Your membership then renews automatically each month using your selected payment method until you cancel.
Your renewal date, membership price and payment method can be viewed through your customer account.
-
There is no minimum membership period. You can cancel at any time through your Neuro Nest customer account.
To cancel:
Log into your account
Open Account
Select Digital Products or Subscriptions
Select the Neuro Nest membership
Select Manage Subscription and then Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation stops future payments. You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period.
If you cannot access your account, contact kate@neuronestuk.co.uk before your next renewal date. Please allow sufficient time for us to respond.
-
Because you are buying from us online, you normally have 14 days to change your mind and cancel, starting the day after you place your order. You do not have to give us a reason.
The articles and resources included in your membership are digital content delivered inside the paid members area. We are not allowed to give you access before your 14-day cancellation period ends unless you give us your express consent to start, and you separately acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel.
By ticking the first box at checkout, you expressly consent to us making the digital content available to you in the members area straight away, before the end of your 14-day cancellation period.
By ticking the second box at checkout, you acknowledge that once we begin supplying the digital content to you, your right to cancel this purchase under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will be lost, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the price on the ground that you have changed your mind.
This clause affects only your right to change your mind. It does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is not as we described it.
-
If a recurring payment fails, Squarespace or our payment provider may ask you to update your payment information or attempt the payment again.
Access to the membership may be suspended or ended if payment is not successfully completed.
-
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
Membership is for one individual member and their household. You must not share your account or allow another person to use your login.
Please contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
-
Neuro Nest articles, downloads,, graphics and resources are protected by copyright.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the resources within your own household.

-
We may add, update, replace or remove individual articles and resources as the membership develops.
We will not deliberately remove a substantial part of the membership without good reason. If we make a material change to the core membership, we will provide appropriate information or notice.
-
Monthly coffee catch-ups are optional, informal peer-support sessions. They are not therapy, professional consultations or emergency-support services.
Dates, times and availability may vary. We may reschedule or cancel a session where reasonably necessary, including due to the number of attendees.
Sessions will not be recorded. You must not record a session, take screenshots or share another member’s personal information without their explicit permission.
You remain responsible for deciding what personal information you disclose. Please avoid sharing identifying information about children where it is not necessary.
Members must communicate respectfully. Discriminatory, abusive, threatening or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be accepted.
-
We may suspend or end a membership where a member:
Fails to make payment
Shares their account
Distributes or resells Neuro Nest resources
Behaves abusively towards another member
Breaches these terms
Where appropriate we will explain the reason and give the member an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect another person, the community or Neuro Nest content.
-
We may change the membership price in the future.
Any new price will be clearly displayed to new members. If a price change is proposed for an existing member, we will provide advance notice and explain the options available, including how to cancel.
-
If we decide to close the Neuro Nest membership we will give members reasonable notice where possible.
-
We will provide the membership with reasonable care and skill.
We do not guarantee that every resources or suggestion will be suitable for every child or family. Neurodivergent children have individual needs and parents remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information provided.
