Neuro Nest provides information, lived-experience reflections and practical resources relating to parenting neurodivergent children, with a particular focus on neurodivergent girls. The website may include public articles, member-only articles, downloadable or printable resources, and information about The Neuro Nest membership and optional online coffee sessions.

-
Neuro Nest shares general information, practical ideas, research-informed content and lived experience. We are not providing medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, educational, legal or other professional advice. Nothing on this website creates a professional-client relationship and/or, to the extent permissible, any duty of care.
Every child and family is different. You should use your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional who can consider your individual circumstances. Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you have read or downloaded from this website.
The website is not an emergency or crisis service. If you believe that a child or adult is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate urgent support service.
We take reasonable care when preparing content, but information may become out of date and we do not promise that every item will be complete, error-free or suitable for your particular circumstances. Where we link to research or guidance, you should check the original source and its publication date.
-
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it, or any particular content, will always be available without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the website where reasonably necessary, for example for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons.
We may change the layout, features or content of the website from time to time. Any changes to a paid membership or purchased digital content will be dealt with under the terms that apply to that product.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software and internet connection are suitable for accessing the website and any digital content you purchase or download.
-
Some areas of the website are available only to members. If you create an account, the information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
You must keep your login details confidential and must not allow anyone outside your household to use your account. Please tell us promptly if you know or suspect that someone else has accessed your account without permission.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the website, other users or our content, or where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Membership Terms. We will act reasonably and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to put matters right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
-
You may use the website and its free content for your own personal and non-commercial use. Any separate licence stated on a purchased or member-only resource also applies to that resource.

introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material; or
use automated tools to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the website.
Parents and carers may print and use resources within their own household. Schools, professionals, organisations and anyone wishing to use resources with multiple families or clients must contact us about permission or an appropriate licence.
-
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including articles, written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, branding, layout and design. Those rights are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a digital resource or joining the membership gives you permission to use the relevant content in accordance with the applicable licence. It does not transfer ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights to you.

Nothing in these Website Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law. If digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may have statutory remedies.
-
The website may contain links to third-party websites, services, research or products. Links are provided for information and convenience. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link does not mean that we endorse or control the third party or its content.
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your information.
You may link to our public home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. You must not knowingly misuse the website or carry out any attack on it. We may report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with a lawful investigation.
-
We will take reasonable care and skill in the production of articles and resources on our website.
We do not guarantee that every resource or suggestion will be suitable for every child or family. Neurodivergent children have individual needs and parents remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information provided.
As noted in 4. above, we are not providing medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, educational, legal or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on general information on the website and for obtaining appropriate individual professional advice where needed.
-
You may stop using the public website at any time. Membership cancellation is governed by the Membership Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We may restrict or end your access to protected areas of the website if you breach the applicable terms, misuse our content, compromise security, or behave unlawfully or abusively. Any effect on a paid service will be addressed in accordance with consumer law and the applicable purchase or membership terms.
-
We may update these Website Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
Changes will apply to use of the website after they are posted. They will not retrospectively remove rights you already have in relation to a completed purchase. If a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will deal with it in accordance with the Membership Terms and applicable law.
-
Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court or relevant authority decides that any paragraph is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will continue to apply.
-
If we do not enforce a right immediately, that does not mean we have waived it. If you breach these terms and we do not take action straight away, we may still take action later.
-
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
